Come se la quantità enorme di copie vendute non bastasse come ricompensa, Rockstar ha visto premiati i suoi sforzi con Grand Theft Auto IV anche al Develop Awards 2008.
La cerimonia annuale, tenutasi nel Regno Unito, ha premiato Rockstar di ben quattro premi, tra cui “Audio Accomplishment”, “Best In-House Developer” e il prestigioso “Visual Arts”.
Rockstar Games invece ha vinto il premio speciale “Grand Prix”, in quanto “non possiede solo il famoso Grand Theft Auto IV, ma è anche ritenuto come un invidiato studio che spinge regolarmente i confini creativi di un gioco”. Dopo la pausa, la lista completa dei vincitori.
